The Senkaku Islands are Japanese territory, which were incorporated into Okinawa Prefecture in 1895 through Japan’s “prior occupation” of “terra nullius (no man’s land).”Japan was the first country that introduced International Law in East Asia and established a modern sovereign state there.

Reasons 2: Chinese didn’t discover the Senkaku Island first.
Chinese Investiture Missions sailed to Ryukyu through the Senkaku Islands only 23 times in507 years, while Ryukyan Tributary Missions sailed to China through the Senkaku Islands over 580 times in the same periods.
Reasons 3: There is no historical fact that Chinese has ever exercised any “effective control” on the Senkaku Islands.
Reasons 4: The Japanese map never admitted that the Senkaku Islands were Chinese territory.
Reasons 5: Senkaku Islands were not stolen from China, so it has nothing to do with Cairo Declaration.
1.China is not even the first discoverer of the Senkaku Islands.
2.There is no historical fact that China has ever exercised any “effective control” on the Senkaku Islands.
3.China had recognized the Senkaku Islands as Japanese territory until 1971 for 76 years.
The Senkaku Islands have never belonged to China so far. So China can never say that “they were stolen by Japan.”

In the Sea of Japan, between Japan and South Korea, there lie small island called Takeshima (Dokdo). Although the Allies determined that that these islets should remain as Japanese territory in the San Francisco Treaty in 1951, South Korea ignored this international determination and started occupying the islets illegally from 1952.

Thanks to the enthusiastic propaganda by South Korean government, all Koreans have obsession with these stolen islets. However, there is only place on this planet, where they never appeal for their claim; The International Court of Justice, Hague, the Netherlands. Since the illegal occupation by South Korea, the Japanese government has repeatedly urged them to go to the International Court of Justice to let it judge this territorial dispute. Nevertheless, Korans have stubbornly refusing to appeal for their territorial claim in the most appropriate place for them to do instead of appealing irrelevant places.

Why? The answer is simple. Because their claim has no legal basis in the international law. Takeshima is Japan’s Territory.

Up today, 13,232 people are found to be dead, 14,554 are still missing and 4,756 are injured. Besides that, there has been a problem of nuclear electric plants which nuclear specialists, self-defense army and all the related personnel have been working to stop the leakages of any nuclear substances such as contaminated water, air and radiation etc..
Thank you so much, people of the world! Your warm and kind help such as a lot of supplies and money given to the survivors. It may take a very long time for them to go back to their happy daily lives. Of course, among ourselves help each other a lot.

Stop the Hysteria and the Paranoia!

I'm sure that people of the world know Japan had chaotic earthquakes and tsunamis struck along the seashore of the northern part of Japan, Iwate, Fukushima and Ibaragi prefectures and some areas of Kanto. The scales of earthquake were 9.0 magnitudes and 7.0 seismic.

More than 10.066 inhabitants are identified dead and over 17,452 people are still missing---probably more than 30.000 people would be dead. Right now self defense army, fire stations and police departments are on duty to rescue the survivors. However, the scale of the earthquake and tsunami was so big that they are having the most difficult situations. The streets, roads and bridges are damaged so badly that rescue teams are having hard times to bring food, water, oil, gasoline, and all other daily necessities to the survivors along with finding dead people.

There is one more difficult problem. The damages of nuclear electric plants are another urgent problem to be solved. Although the 6 plants automatically shout down the functions to produce electricity, the cooling water circulation systems were damaged and the nuclear rods' temperature kept rising. Two of the plants exploded because overheating evaporates water and produces hydrogen.

Over brave 140 nuclear specialists from Self-Defense Army and Fire Departments got into the sites and started to pore water to cool down the heat of nuclear fuel rods regardless of the danger of their lives. Anyhow they managed to cool down the temperature of nuclear rods and they even fixed the water circulation system to back up the electric motors. The situation is becoming safer and safer now.

However, there occurred another unexpected problem. That is hysteric media to report a danger of radiation. I strongly believe that Japanese high technology limited the radiation problem minimum even against the terrible earth and tsunami that are considered rare case happens in one or less time in 1.000 years nearby Japan.

Everyday including Japanese media, the media of the world hysterically have been reporting the danger of radiation. A lot of foreign nationals ran into the airports and flew away to their own country. Well, I’m happy in some ways though. There are a lot of illegal Chinese and Koreans in Japan. I don’t want them come back to Japan forever.

Misleading media reports cause panic among people. TV stations and newspapers and all kinds of media, please report the truth. In Japan, there’s one more serious problem. The members of ruling party, DPJ are fake Japanese. And they are the ones that having been spreading the false information regarding the radiation. They are trying to steal Japanese homeland with China, South Korea and Russia.

Their origins are in Korean Peninsula and the most of their grandparents entered Japan illegally while Japanese were straggling to reconstruct the country after the Second War. We really need to kick them out of the Japanese political society.

Anyway it is true that Japan was damaged so badly because of the chaotic earthquakes and tsunamis. We have incurred tremendous hardships and losses. But please understand the food and water are quite safe in Japan.

Another way of invading Japan by Communist China

As many of you are aware of Chinese rapid military,economic and its territorial expansionism. Up until the early 1970’s, after the establishment of diplomatic relation between the United States of America and Communist China, the country was still way behind in many aspects such as economy, military, education, infrastructures of its main cities except the huge population that was mostly in poverty.

However, around in the middle of 1980’s, the government started to accept free market economic system, capitalism though the country itself was communism. The U.S capitalists considered that they could make huge amount of profits by using Chinese cheep labor force in constructing assembly lines in China and export their products to the U.S. and other markets in the world. That was a beginning of the issue.

After over 20 some years, Chinese Economic kept double digits growth. And now the GDP level is number two next to the U.S. though the gap between the rich and the poor is unbearably big. The rich became richer and the poor are still in poverty. Anyway, the country has gotten a huge amount of foreign government bonds and currencies reserves. Among them China is a number one country which possesses the U.S. Government Bonds.

China has developed and modernized its military power size and the ammunitions. They have nuclear missiles that can reach the U.S. And they even have raptor type fighter planes, nuclear power submarines. And now they are trying to construct some aircraft carriers.

While strengthen the military power, China has sneaky strategy to invade Japan. That is to purchase vast area of real-estate in big cities in Japan such as in Nagoya and Niigata. They are planning to unusual size of Chinese Embassy or Consulate. There’s a report saying. Chinese wants to have huge places that Japanese domestic law cannot apply and the places would become spy training facilities.

(Territorial issues should be settled by a peace treaty.) Furthermore, Japan is not bound by this document, to which it did not agree."[41]
Russia's 1945 entry into the war against Japan was a violation of the Soviet–Japanese Neutrality Pact, and the occupation of the islands was therefore a violation of international law. The Soviet Union repudiated the neutrality pact on April 5, 1945, but the pact remained in effect until April 13, 1946.
Although by the terms of Article (2c) of the 1951 San Francisco treaty, Japan renounced all rights to the Kuril Islands, the treaty did not apply to the islands of Kunashiri, Etorofu, Shikotan and the Habomai rocks since they are not included in the Kuril Islands. Also, the Soviet Union did not sign the San Francisco treaty.
